Traci Albee is an Education Research and Evaluation Administrator in the English Language Proficiency and Spanish Assessments (ELPSA) Office at the California Department of Education. Prior to joining the ELPSA Office in 2016, she worked in Stockton Unified and Elk Grove Unified School Districts, serving as a State and Federal Program Administrator, Project Evaluator, and Assessment Analyst. Before moving to California in 2004, Traci worked for the University of Northern British Columbia as an Institutional Planning Analyst supporting the needs of the university through informed data-driven decision making. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Northern British Columbia in Curriculum and Instruction and elementary teaching credentials in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta and interim credentials in California.
