Angelica Hurtado currently serves as Program Manager of Multilingual Education for San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools. She has been in education for over 25 years. Angelica has served as a bilingual teacher, district coordinator, site administrator, and Director of State and Federal Programs. Presently, Angelica proudly serves 33 districts in San Bernardino County and supports the implementation of their multilingual programs. Angelica is also CABE Region IV Representative and is on the Board of Directors. She was instrumental in beginning a new CABE chapter in her region. She is a champion and advocate for multilingual students in hopes of helping them achieve success in a global economy.
