Martin Ricardo Cisneros (@TheTechProfe) is a Modern Learning Advisor, speaker, GeekDad, TechJedi, SuperMariachi, and a Director of Technology, from Silicon Valley! At his current position, he provides strategic leadership in anticipating and developing appropriate and innovative systems to future needs and challenges regarding the District’s information technology program and blended learning in the workplace and classroom.

Martin develops and facilitates professional learning on modern educational trends for the purpose of improving teaching and learning through innovative processes. He has developed many blended curricular programs some of which have been adopted by districts, universities, and others that have been rolled out country-wide. Martin has experience teaching students and professionals at all levels including elementary, secondary, and higher education while working in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Martin has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Administrative Leadership Credential, and is also an original Google Certified Innovator (Mountain View 07), Google Certified Trainer, Bilingual Conference Speaker, Apple Teacher, CUE Professional Lead Learner/Rockstar Faculty/B.O.L.D. He has served as an educational technology consultant for various counties nationwide. Martin has spent 25+ years as a teacher, curriculum coach, school, district, and county office of education administrator, professional development coordinator, technology director, online education coordinator/teacher/curriculum developer, and an educational technology integration specialist for various school districts and county offices in California. He presents at various local, regional, statewide, nationwide, and international educational conferences on ways to support blended and innovative teaching and learning.
