In this session, participants will learn about best instructional and professional development practices for supporting Dual Language Learners (DLLs) and English Learners (ELs) PreK-3rd grade. In addition, we will discuss the latest research on bilingualism and language acquisition. Participants will also receive resources for supporting DLLs/ELs through distance, hybrid, and in-person learning, including information to share with parents on how to support the continued development of the home language.
