This presentation showcases how teacher-leaders designed meaningful and on-going, assets-based professional learning to support Integrated ELD instruction. They engaged their colleagues in identifying challenges with Integrated ELD instruction and utilized the California EL Roadmap High School Teacher Toolkit to guide teachers in identifying their strengths and worked collaboratively to share solutions for their self-identified focused areas of growth. Participants will walk away with a framework to implement an assets-based professional learning plan.
