The RULE of 3 RAP (REHEARSE, ANALYZE, PRODUCE) develops academic vocabulary, language and early literacy through both classroom and the new ABC RULE of 3 online instruction TK through grade 3. Based on 12 years of research including two U.S. Department of Education grants, the standards-based program is the connecting link for ELs' success. Students REHEARSE words, ANALYZE phonics and PRODUCE language in reading and writing. Students made significant gains in literacy, closing the achievement gap from 12.9 to 1.8.
